gosh.. it's stupid bitches like these that make me hate my job. Stupid stupid stupid. Just got a stupid customer who expects me to check her a/c even though our system is down. I said that I cant check for her but she wants me to put her through to another officer. Duh.. all the officers use the same system.. so if the system is down, none of us could use it. Bloody imbecile. OOps.. sorry for the outburst.. just so frustrated! 12 mins more.. I so cant wait to go home. I am just so so tired. My eyes are redddd and I am super sleepy! I NEED MY PILLOW, COMFORTER AND SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS PILLOW! o_O And of course a good shower before that!
