i am having PMS. One minute i am happy, the next i am weepy and after that i will be irritable. At least i am not feeling miserable. Hrmphh... but i am getting irritated with these customers who have to spell out their names for me everytime i ask for their full name. I mean.. duh..if their name is tan ah kow or something.. then they dont need to spell out their name. But if their name is svengorens hrishufash something.. then they better do. I am short-tempered today... beware..
