There was this lady who spoke to my colleague yesterday. She was angry cos she didnt win the lucky draw. She was asking WHY she didnt win. Duh.. it is a lucky draw for god's sake. Poor colleague of mine had to spent 15 minutes just to explain to her. Some people just DONT understd. Hrmph.. !
